Returns and Exchanges
Thank You for shopping Rosehill Liquidation Online, our goal is to offer some amazing deals and total customer satisfaction. Our products come from a broad range of Liquidation sources, and we pass the savings along to you. Products are inspected prior to shipping unless in a fully enclosed originally sealed container.
Our policy is all items are "Final Sale", However, damaged/Incomplete items may be returned within 5 days of receiving the item. Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items can also be returned/exchanged in person at our Brantford location ONLY with the valid invoice. Our address is Rosehill Liquidation, 352 Governors Road East Paris Ontario CA N3L 3E1.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original manufacturers packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request..
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
